The purpose of this document is to establish the GENERAL CONTRACTING TERMS or CONDITIONS that govern the Pre-Reservation and Online Reservation services (hereinafter, Pre-Reservation and Online Reservation services or simply services) offered by Bossh Group Hotels and Resorts SL , identified with tax identification number B70433958 and located at Calle Viento 15, 28220 Majadahonda (Madrid). In this document, the terms “You” and “User” refer to the people or entities that access www.bossh-hotels. or make use of the services.
The use of these services entails the unconditional and unreserved acceptance, as well as the validity, of each of the General Terms and/or Conditions established here, which are considered automatically incorporated into the contract with Bossh Group Hotels and Resorts SL, without need to be transcribed in writing therein. These terms are contained in the most updated version of the General Terms and/or Conditions.
Use of the Pre-Reservation and Online Reservation Services of Bossh Group Hotels and Resorts SL Pre-Reservation Services.
The online Pre-Reservation services are purely informative and allow the user to check the availability of rooms in hotels or cities of their choice. Before confirming the reservation, the user is informed about possible restrictions in the selected hotel in relation to specific services that may not be available during their stay, or about the restricted use of some areas of the hotel. The user was already aware of these restrictions. The user will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, confirming whether their reservation has been made. The reservation will be binding only after being accepted by Bossh Group Hotels and Resorts SL through email confirmation and subsequent payment by the user.
Online Reservation Services
a. The online reservation services are intended to reserve rooms in any of the Bossh Group Hotels and Resorts SL hotels. The use of these services implies total and unreserved acceptance, as well as the validity, of each of the Terms and Conditions. / or General Conditions established here. These terms are considered automatically incorporated into the contract with Bossh Group Hotels and Resorts SL
b. Contracting procedure: When using the service, the user will receive a confirmation email indicating that their purchase order is in the confirmation process. If you are a consumer, after making the charge corresponding to the reservation, an email will be sent confirming the reservation, which will serve as proof of the reservation. The owner of the credit card used for the reservation must match the guest staying at the property. The credit card used will be requested upon arrival to verify the details. The cardholder must be present at the time.
c. Guarantee: The reservation is confirmed and guaranteed throughout the night with a credit card. In case of no-show at the hotel without prior notice, the first night will be charged (including taxes). The hotel reserves the right to verify the card prior to arrival, either through prior authorization or a charge not to exceed the price of the first night. Both transactions will be voided on the same day. The return process depends on the cardholder. The hotel does not assume responsibility for possible delays. A preauthorization temporarily holds a sum in the customer's account to verify the card or funds. If transactions cannot be processed, the reservation may be canceled automatically.
d. Termination of the contract or cancellation of the reservation: The credit card is a means of guarantee. Cancellation of reservations by the user will not incur charges, as long as it is done before the cut-off time in each country (local hotel time) on the day of arrival. Subsequently, cancellation fees equivalent to the first night (including taxes) will be charged, except for hotels in Germany, where 10% can be refunded for costs not incurred.

and. Cancellation costs in Resort hotels: They will not be charged if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the check-in date (local hotel time). If canceled within 48 hours, 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged. If the client does not show up, 100% of the total cost will be charged, except in hotels in Germany, where 10% can be refunded for expenses not incurred.
f. Resort Children's Policies: Children's policies at Resort hotels are subject to hotel facilities and management as described in applicable contracts. In Europe, they are valid in hotels without half board or full board.
g. Minor Policy: Minors under 18 years of age must stay with parents, guardians or authorized adults. Documentation that identifies them may be required. Local regulations may set a different minimum age.
h. Prices per room per night: Prices are valid in writing and during the period indicated. Bossh Group Hotels and Resorts SL reserves the right to modify these rates with prior notice. Prices on reservation include VAT and other local taxes.
i. Changes in tax rates: If the tax rate changes between the reservation and the stay, the rate in effect at the time of the stay will apply.
Bossh Group Hotels and Resorts SL uses the Syspay payment gateway ( https://app.syspay.com/ ) to manage card payments. Any incident or payment will be resolved in accordance with Syspay's terms and conditions, which can be found at https://documents.syspay.com/terms-and-conditions/syspay_terms_and_conditions_EN.pdf .

Online Check-out operation:
