Terms and Conditions

The online Pre-Reservation services are purely informative and allow the user to check the availability of rooms in hotels or cities of their choice. Before confirming the reservation, the user is informed about possible restrictions in the selected hotel in relation to specific services that may not be available during their stay or about the restricted use of some areas of the property. The user was already aware of these restrictions. The user will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, confirming whether their reservation has been made. The reservation will be binding only after being accepted by Ekumal through email confirmation and subsequent payment by the user.

Billing data errors:

a. If there are errors, the user must correct them at the reception and pay there.
b. The process applies only if the data is correct.

User obligations and responsibilities:
a. The data must be true and up-to-date. The user will notify changes.
b. In case of fraud, Ekumal will take legal measures.
