Terms & Conditions

The price per night includes two meals and non-alcoholic drinks.
Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.
Early check-in and check-out, including a meal, are available for an extra charge.
We are pet friendly, but you must clean up after them and must be well behaved. NOTE: THERE ARE 2 DOGS AND 1 CAT ALWAYS ON PROPERTY.
NO SMOKING in any indoor spaces. A fee of 2 Bitcoin or $500 USD.
No loud noise after 10 pm. Respect your neighbors.
Only guests with a reservation are allowed on the property. Friends of guests pay a day pass of $250 pesos. With 1 meal - $500 pesos.

All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.
For groups and retreats renting the entire venue, a 30% deposit is required to secure the booking.
Dates are only confirmed once the deposit has been received and cleared.
The remaining balance must be settled no later than 7 days prior to the event.
Special group rates apply for 20 to 50 participants.
For exclusive rental of the entire venue, a 30% non-refundable deposit applies.
Prices are subject to change.
Room and service rates are guaranteed for 5 days from the initial request; to secure quoted rates, we recommend reserving as soon as possible.
The hotel reserves the right to release the dates if no deposit is received within this period.
Bank and transaction fees are non-refundable.
If payment is made through the website, a 9% surcharge will be added to cover transaction and bank fees. International payments should be made via the Wise app.

Reservations may be rescheduled once at no additional cost.
Please note: if a rescheduled booking is later canceled, the deposit will not be refunded.
More than 90 days before the event: 50% refund of the total amount.
30 to 90 days: Only posible change of dates. One more time and no chance to cancel.
30 days or less before the event: No refund.
No-show: No refund.
Deposits are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated above.
