Mayan healing massage The ritual of the Mayan massage is a spiritual experience that heals

both the physical and emotional bodies. It was used in the past as an initiation to prepare the Medicine men and Medicine women of the Mayan culture. It's a way for us to understand that our pain is a sign that our physical and emotional body's want to heal and purify themselves. That we are our own healers. That our bodies are full of medicine that we requiere, that miracles can happen, and that our intuition is divine.

The Mayan energy massage is very powerful body work that liberates blocked energy in the body. Also, it treats muscle contractions, pain in joints (ankles, knees, hips, shoulders, elbows, wrists, and neck). It heals stress, anxiety, and trauma. And it realigns the vital organs so the energy flows freely.
