For the territory known as “Ekumal Sanctuary”
In recognition of being a territory dedicated to the Culture of Peace, the Regeneration of the Self, and Interspirituality, based on principles of harmonious coexistence, seeking balance among all beings sharing this plane, prioritizing sustainability and the Rights of Mother Earth, through various permaculture methods to live in greater harmony with Nature.
By practicing the principles and standards established in the Sanctuaries of Life and Peace with Mother Earth Program, and obtaining the designation of “Peace Sanctuary,” and voluntarily allocating an area of 9,569.47 (nine thousand five hundred sixty-nine point forty-seven) square meters, registered under folio 23993 in the Playa del Carmen office, corresponding to property located on Lot 16 of Fraction Two, Parcel 16 Z-2 P1/1, recorded in the Public Registry of Property under folio 186133 in public deed 34773.
Located on the property Rancho San Martín, along the Cancún–Tulum federal highway, Solidaridad, Quintana Roo, in accordance with international standards of conventions, agreements, pacts, treaties, manifestos, and proclamations endorsed and supported by this program, as specified in the moral protocolization document.

The Center is a dynamic gathering space designed to host a wide range of retreats, workshops, and special events. Spanning multiple levels, it offers thoughtfully designed areas that support both intimate experiences and larger group gatherings.
On the ground level, you’ll find a kitchenette ideal for preparing beverages and light snacks, along with a comfortable dining area for shared meals. Just steps away are the Temazcal, rain shower, firepit, and relaxing hammocks, creating a seamless flow between gathering and restoration. Convenient restroom facilities are also located on this level.
Above, a dedicated stage provides the perfect setting for live performances, ceremonies, and presentations. A fully equipped kitchen supports meal preparation for larger groups and catered events.
This level features the Shala, a dedicated space for yoga classes, group meditations, and mindful gatherings. The primary access point to the Air Dome is reached via a suspended swinging bridge, adding a distinctive architectural element to the experience.
Enclosed to maintain comfort while preserving its connection to nature, the Shala is surrounded by lush jungle greenery, creating a serene and focused atmosphere. The space includes a washbasin and mirror for personal refreshment, a designated area with yoga mats and props, and a large screen with projector capabilities for presentations or workshops.
Versatile and immersive, this level can accommodate a wide range of activities — from wellness sessions to creative programming — offering a setting where thoughtful design meets natural beauty.
Ascending to the next level, you'll discover a sanctuary dedicated to rejuvenating your mind, body, and soul. At this elevation, you'll encounter both the tranquil Spa Room and a rooftop infinity pool. Within the Spa Room, indulge in personalized treatments, followed by a revitalizing soak in our eco-friendly pool, which uses chemical-free water.

Upon reaching the summit, you'll find yourself amidst the enchanting canopy of the Mayan Jungle. This elevated platform offers an ideal setting for contemplative meditation, intimate dining experiences, stargazing, and an array of other activities.
