Yes! We offer wedding venue tours by appointment. If you're not in Mexico, we can also arrange a virtual tour to help you explore the space.

Ekumal offers customizable wedding packages. Catering, décor, ceremony setup, and additional services can be arranged according to your vision.

Simply contact us through our website, and we’ll guide you through the booking process. A 50% deposit is required to secure your wedding date, with final payment due 60 days before the event.

We know life can be unpredictable, and we're here to help. If you need to cancel, here's how it works: 🌿 Full refund for cancellations made 180+ days before your event. 🌿 Partial refund for cancellations within 120 days. 🌿 No refunds for cancellations within 60 days, but rescheduling options are available. Please note 10% of the total payment is non-refundable due to income taxes.

Most ceremonies are safe for healthy individuals. If you have medical conditions, are pregnant, or have concerns about heat exposure (for Temazcal), please consult your physician and inform us in advance.
